Pay:

Starting from $18.50 per hour (including tips and mileage reimbursement) Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week

Schedule:

6-8 hour day shift Monday to Friday No nights No weekends Responsibilities Perform thorough and detailed cleaning and sanitization of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping and vacuuming to maintain pristine surfaces. Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to client preferences. Uphold high standards of customer service by being courteous and respectful in all interactions. Requirements No experience necessary, we provide a two-week training program to ensure you know how to clean the TCA way. Past house cleaner experience is a bonus. Great attitude with a strong work ethic. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing special attention. Ability to commute to Hudson, WI and drive to customer's houses. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and teammates. Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently without direct supervision. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require light lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
