Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Handle various cleaning agents safely, adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and chemical handling protocols Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop floors, and conduct floor care to maintain pristine surfaces Manage heavy lifting tasks such as moving furniture or supplies while following manual handling safety procedures Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in excellent condition and used efficiently Follow hotel emergency procedures and sanitation standards to uphold guest safety and hygiene Provide friendly customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience, preferably within hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments Knowledge of floor cleaning, sanitation practices, and chemical agent handling Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and extractors effectively Strong understanding of hotel housekeeping management principles and safety protocols Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged standing or walking Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guests and team members Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety data sheets (SDS) compliance Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication ensures our guests experience comfort at its finest!
