Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or common areas using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and care for floor surfaces to ensure a spotless environment Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently Maintain sanitation standards by implementing proper cleaning and sanitation procedures regularly Use manual handling techniques safely when moving furniture or heavy items during deep cleaning tasks Communicate professionally with clients or residents to understand their cleaning preferences and address any special requests Conduct outdoor work such as patio or balcony cleaning when required to uphold overall property cleanliness Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and the use of various cleaning equipment is essential Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and safety procedures for heavy lifting and manual handling Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts Excellent customer service and client communication abilities to ensure satisfaction Ability to perform outdoor work when necessary and adapt to different environments Previous experience in residential housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required; training will be provided Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your efforts directly enhance guest comfort and satisfaction.
