Job DescriptionThe custodian is responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of all team member offices, restrooms, lunchrooms and break rooms at the facility. Ensures all areas are cleaned and sanitized. They will also be working in the cafeteria and company store.
Pay:
$20.50 per hour ($17.50 Base Pay PLUS $3.00 Shift Differential)
Hours:
Monday - Thursday from 3:30 - 2am
DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

Working alongside the team members involved in the cleaning and upkeep of facility (i.e. Sanitation)Sweeping & mopping breakrooms, restrooms and hallwaysCleaning floors, walls, windows, conference rooms, offices, & restrooms according to the Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS)Stocking custodial and PPE supplies for use on the plant floor and offices.

Discusses any potential quality control issues with Supervisor or Shift Manager.

Maintain good communication with Manager at all times.

Report maintenance issues in a timely fashion.

Keep areas neat and organized daily.

Always keep all chemical containers properly labeled .Maintain an accurate inventory of all sanitation supplies by partnering with Buyer.

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) training, along with company pre-requisite programs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP's).Assist in Packaging as neededPerforms other duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link's Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards. WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The work environment is a plant / office setting with varying degrees of temperatures and noise levels. Exposure to manufacturing equipment movement and wet / slippery floors. Travel may be required.
