Job Description
$17.00 per hour Approximately 15 hours per week Flexible scheduling PTO available day one Paid training Opportunities for education and professional development Paid Team Member and Resident referral programs Employee Assistance Program A supportive team environment The opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents Cleaning resident apartments and common areas according to established schedules Performing housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the community Completing minor repairs and other tasks as assigned Monitoring housekeeping, laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment Reporting supply needs and helping maintain appropriate inventory Logging janitorial and repair requests and following up to ensure they are completed Providing laundry services as needed Helping maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment throughout the community Providing friendly, respectful, and exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members Has previous housekeeping experience; senior living, healthcare, hotel, or similar experience is a plus Takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment Is reliable and able to work independently Has strong attention to detail Enjoys interacting with older adults Provides friendly and professional customer service Works well as part of a team Is willing to learn and help wherever needed Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
