Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and cleaning detergents Implement proper sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met across all areas Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques Use janitorial and custodial equipment effectively to clean surfaces, windows, and outdoor areas when necessary Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service while respecting their privacy and preferences Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures Familiarity with cleaning equipment, detergents, and proper handling techniques for heavy or delicate items Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Ability to perform physical tasks including manual handling and heavy lifting safely Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Outdoor work experience is advantageous for maintaining exterior spaces when required Demonstrated reliability with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable environments!
