Cultivation & Production Staff Lunchbox - 3.7 Phoenix, AZ Job Details Full-time | Contract From $16 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Packing Maintenance Manufacturing facility experience Attention to detail Materials handling Full Job Description Lunchbox Cultivation Lunchbox is hiring several full-time employees for our cultivation and production facility. We have openings in multiple departments and are looking for dependable people who can work efficiently, follow direction, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Positions will be assigned based on experience, skill set, and facility needs.
All applicants must be able to obtain a Facility Agent card from Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS). General Production We are looking for general production staff to provide support across different areas of our cultivation and production operation as needed.
Responsibilities include: Assisting with day-to-day extraction and production processes Preparing materials and equipment for production Handling and organizing cannabis material and finished products Assisting with labeling and packaging Cleaning and maintaining lab equipment and work areas Following established production, sanitation, and safety procedures Maintaining accurate and organized work throughout the production process Previous cannabis extraction, laboratory, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working around processing equipment and following detailed procedures. Packaging Packaging staff will work with finished cannabis products and prepare them for sale.
Responsibilities include: Packaging flower Rolling and packaging pre-rolls Weighing and handling product Applying labels accurately Checking finished packages for quality and accuracy Keeping the packaging room clean and organized Working quickly without sacrificing quality Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a steady pace are important for this position.
Responsibilities include: Final touch-up of finished flower Inspecting buds for appearance and quality Removing remaining leaf, stem, or material that does not meet our standards Identifying quality issues before product moves to packaging Working quickly without sacrificing quality Speed and attention to detail are both important for this position. Previous trimming or cannabis flower experience is strongly preferred. Vegetative Staff Veg staff will assist with the daily care and maintenance of plants during the vegetative stage.
Responsibilities include: Defoliation and general plant work Transplanting Plant tagging and organization Moving plants and cultivation materials Cleaning and sanitation Assisting cultivation staff with other daily tasks as needed Previous cultivation experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider applicants with a strong work ethic and relevant agricultural or production experience. Harvest Harvest staff will assist throughout the harvest and post-harvest process.
Responsibilities include: Harvesting flower rooms Cutting and moving plants Hanging harvested plants Dry room takedowns Bucking dried material Quality control and product inspection Cleaning and resetting work areas between harvests This is a physical, fast-paced position that requires employees to stay productive throughout the shift.
What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality Comfortable performing repetitive tasks Willingness to clean and maintain work areas Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to assist in other departments when needed Previous cannabis cultivation, production, packaging, trimming, extraction, or manufacturing experience is a plus Applicants should include any relevant cannabis or production experience on their resume.
