Sweet Moments Co. hosts chef-led virtual cooking experiences for corporate teams across all 50 states. Each guest receives a premium fresh ingredient kit — pre-portioned down to the salt, built in our Phoenix kitchen — and cooks alongside a chef live on camera. We are a small, fast-moving team that takes pride in accuracy, food quality, and hosting well. Everything is made in-house, from scratch, and shipped fresh. The Role We are hiring a Kitchen Production Lead to own daily kit production: portioning, labeling, and staging ingredient kits to specification; receiving and checking deliveries; maintaining a clean, food-safe production area; and keeping inventory accurate. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role for someone who likes staying organized, moving with purpose, and taking pride in doing things right. The position is the entry point to our Kitchen Manager track. You will train alongside our Executive Chef and, within your first three months, run production days independently. From there, the path leads to full Kitchen Production Manager over 12-24 months, with responsibility and compensation advancing together. We hire for the person and teach the craft. What You'll Do Portion, label, and stage ingredient kits to the written specification Receive deliveries — verify counts, condition, and temperatures — and flag any issues early Maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards in the production area on every run Keep inventory accurate, flag low stock, and grow into routine ordering Plan production against shipping deadlines as you take on more of the weekly schedule Identify process improvements and help put them in place What We're Looking For Precision — consistent accuracy from the first kit of the day to the last Steadiness — comfortable with long, structured production days and a finished list Reliability and punctuality — critical for this role Coachability — takes direction well and wants to get better at the craft Care for food safety and allergen handling — asks rather than guesses A positive, team-first attitude in a small kitchen with early mornings Physical Requirements Portioning is performed seated at a workstation Receiving, staging, and cleanup require standing, walking, and lifting up to 40-50 lbs Preferred Qualifications Experience in a production, catering, meal-prep, or fulfillment kitchen Food Handler card or ServSafe certification (training and certification provided) Familiarity with basic work-tracking software such as Monday.com (training provided) High school diploma or equivalent Compensation & Benefits $18
