Our menu focuses on rotisserie chicken, crispy potatoes and vegetable sides, as well as sandwiches, salads, and sweets. It is healthy, comforting and ultra-fresh everyday food, fully made from scratch in-house daily. We source as much as possible from local farms and do our best to incorporate sustainability into our practices, while also maintaining affordability for our customers and creating a positive work environment for our employees. Essential Task, Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow detailed recipes with precision while executing proper techniques for weighing, measuring, and mixing doughs and batters to ensure consistency and quality. Prepare and handle milk-based custards, ensuring accurate cooking and cooling processes in full compliance with food safety protocols. Accurately weigh and portion finished products to maintain consistency, quality standards, and production efficiency. Support inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels, maintaining organization, and ensuring readiness for daily production needs. Maintain clear, professional communication with team members both in person and through Slack to ensure smooth coordination and workflow.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Two years of similar restaurant experience required. Must have excellent communications skills Must be able to multitask and problem solve with a smile. Must be quick on your feet and a fast learner, without cutting corners. Must be professional and courteous toward fellow employees and customers. Must have a positive attitude and demeanor. Must be a team player. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for 8 hours, leaning over and lifting bins Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
