This position is responsible for the careful repacking, weighing, sealing, labeling, and preparation of premium caviar products. Because we work with high value perishable seafood, accuracy, cleanliness, consistency, and attention to detail are extremely important. Previous caviar experience is not required. Experience in food production, seafood processing, packaging, commissary kitchens, or other detail focused production environments is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Weigh and repack caviar into tins and jars according to production specifications Maintain accurate portion weights and minimize product loss Inspect caviar for appearance, texture, consistency, and overall quality Seal, label, date, and prepare finished products for storage and shipment Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature control procedures Clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, and work areas Maintain organized production and cold storage areas Assist with inventory counts and production records Identify and report quality issues before products are released Assist with receiving, packing, and other production duties as needed

Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
