Job Description
Full Steam Staffing is hiring a Formulator in Kerman, CA. The Formulator is responsible for preparing and blending products according to established formulas, recipes, and quality standards while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Measure, weigh, and combine ingredients according to specifications.
Operate and monitor production and mixing equipment.
Ensure products are prepared consistently and meet quality standards.
Perform quality checks throughout the formulation process.
Maintain accurate production and batch records.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Communicate any equipment, product, or quality issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsPrevious experience in food production, manufacturing, formulation, or a related environment is preferred.
Ability to accurately measure and follow written formulas and instructions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Must be able to follow all safety and sanitation requirements.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
