In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and packaging of a variety of delicious confections. The ideal candidate will have a passion for candy making and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities Operate and monitor candy production equipment to ensure efficient operation. Follow recipes and production schedules to create a variety of candies, including chocolates, gummies, and hard candies. Measure and mix ingredients accurately to maintain product consistency. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Package finished candies according to specifications, ensuring proper labeling and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Experience Previous experience in food manufacturing or candy production is required must have experience manufacturing pectin based gummies. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is a must. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. A passion for confectionery products and creativity in candy making is highly valued.
