A Meat and Seafood Processor or Packager works in a processing facility to cut, sort and package meat and seafood for sale to retail or wholesale customers. Processes and packages food according to health and safety guidelines.
We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer / Showrunner to lead the creative vision and execution of an exciting new unscripted pilot. The series is a high-energy entrepreneurial competition in the spirit of a business investment format, celebrating innovative founders, compelling personal stories, and the power of community. The ideal candidate is an accomplished unscripted showrunner with a proven track record developing and producing premium competition, business, reality, or studio-based formats. They should be a strong creative leader with exceptional storytelling instincts and experience managing all phases of production—from development through post-production. This position would be from prep through production only over a 5-6 week period, with the possibility of consulting during post-production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the overall creative vision and execution of the pilot. Develop story structure, episode format, and editorial approach. Oversee casting, field production, and studio production. Collaborate closely with network executives, production company leadership, and key creative stakeholders. Supervise senior production staff. Manage production schedules and budgets in partnership with the Head of Production, Line Producer and Production Manager. Ensure all creative and production deliverables are completed on schedule. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful production culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
Significant experience as an Executive Producer or Showrunner on nationally broadcast or streaming unscripted series. Strong background in competition formats, business or entrepreneurial programming, studio entertainment, reality television, or premium documentary storytelling. Demonstrated success managing large production teams and delivering high-quality programming on time and within budget. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Strong relationships within the unscripted television community. Experience developing new formats from pilot through series is highly preferred.
