Decant — understand why this wine is so good! Come join our harvest team and learn why! We are looking for hardworking, dependable team members to join our harvest crew. Both part-time and full-time seasonal positions are available. Harvest is a temporary position that offers competitive pay, with overtime opportunities when applicable. Our winery operates 7 days a week , and we are looking for people with a variety of schedules. If you are only available on weekends, we need you. If you are only available on certain weekdays, we need you too! We offer flexible scheduling options and encourage anyone interested in learning about the winemaking process to consider joining our team. As a Winery Harvest Worker , you will be an essential part of the production team during the busy harvest season. This fast-paced, hands-on role supports grape processing, fermentation operations, and cellar sanitation while providing a unique opportunity to experience the winemaking process from grape to finished wine.
Daily responsibilities include:
Sorting and processing harvested grapes at the crush pad Assisting with grape movement and tank management during fermentation Managing grape skins and performing pump-overs or related cellar tasks Moving hoses, equipment, and materials throughout the winery Operating presses, pumps, and other production equipment Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, tools, and cellar areas to maintain quality standards Supporting the harvest team with various production tasks as needed Successful candidates are dependable, safety-focused, able to perform repetitive physical tasks, and comfortable working long hours in a dynamic production environment. Harvest requires teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to work hard while learning the craft behind exceptional wine.
