Job Description
The seafood cooler serves as a member of the Fortune Fish & Gourmets Seafood operations team. The incumbents key responsibility is to maintain Fortunes facility and equipment at the highest levels of cleanliness to ensure product quality and process integrity. Other tasks include assisting with sorting, box making, sticker, packing, put aways, and general cleanup. DescriptionUnderstand and execute assigned daily workload safely, accurately, on-time, and on-budget. Actively offer feedback and suggestions for improvement to the Production Supervisor.

Be a daily supporter of Fortunes mission/vision/values.
Maintains cleanliness of production area and equipment. Follows company policies to ensure food safety and quality. Works to maintain and improve the sanitation process at Fortune.
Adheres to all established GMP procedures and guidelines during the execution of the job.
Will use appropriate cleaning solutions during the sanitation processMaintains accurate records of cleaned areas in accordance with SOP.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all Fortune Team Members.
Other duties as assigned
Availability to work on weekdays and Saturdays, with a designated day off during the week. The shift schedule may consist of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Any combination of the above criteria will also be considered.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
One year of cleaning in a food processing environment preferredEducation:
High School diploma or equivalent.Work Ethic:
Demonstrated desire to work in an exciting and fast-paced environment. Must be a team player with a positive attitude.Communications:
English verbal communication skills.Availability to work on weekdays and Saturdays, with a designated day off during the week. The shift schedule may consist of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Any combination of the above criteria will also be considered.
