Position Overview:

We are seeking a Post-Harvest Tech to support our Post Harvest Team. You will be responsible for helping with product breakdown, trimming, sorting, packaging , labeling, cleaning, and maintaining accurate inventory and record keeping. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced consumer packaged goods industry and may lead to additional opportunities with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Package various products according to specifications, including labeling and quality checks.
• Operate post-processing equipment, such as packaging machines and sorting machines, etc...
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging and fulfillment areas.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Record and maintain accurate records relating to product weights, product inventory, supplies, etc...
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• Possess a professional, positive, and can-do attitude while working well with others.
• Previous experience in packaging, production, and/ or order filling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow strict compliance rules.
• Can sit, stand, and reach for long periods of time.
• Can lift items up to 50lbs.
