We're a collaborative, respectful team that takes real pride in our craft, and we're looking for a skilled oyster shucker to join us. About the Role As our Oyster Shucker, you'll be responsible for shucking and presenting fresh oysters to order — quickly, cleanly, and consistently — while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards.
This is a guest-facing role:
you'll be working right at the raw bar, interacting directly with guests seated there, so a warm, engaging personality is a must. This role will also cover some line shifts as needed, including support on our late-night menu, so versatility in the kitchen is a plus.
What We're Looking For Experience:
Prior experience shucking oysters in a restaurant or raw bar setting preferred
Speed & Precision:
Able to shuck efficiently and consistently without sacrificing presentation or safety
Guest Interaction:
Comfortable and engaging with guests seated at the raw bar — great personality and hospitality mindset required
Food Safety:
Strong understanding of proper oyster handling, storage, and sanitation practices
Flexibility:
Willingness to cover line cook shifts and support the late-night menu when needed
Teamwork:
