Responsibilities Operate meat processing machines safely and efficiently, including slicers, grinders, and trimming tools Maintain food safety sanitizing procedures throughout the production area to prevent contamination Package finished products accurately, using proper labeling and sealing techniques Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality control and identify any defective or perishable goods that do not meet standards Handle perishable goods with care, managing stock rotation and storage to maintain freshness Be able to lift up to 50 pounds continuously. Be able to be on your feet for long periods of time. Skills Proven experience in food production, food preparation, or kitchen environments, especially within the food industry or retail stores Skilled in meat processing machine operation and basic knife skills for slicing, trimming, and meat cutting Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Ability to perform basic math for portioning and inventory management Excellent visual inspection skills for quality control and product consistency Join us to be a part of a team dedicated to producing a quality product.
