Team Kinship Cannabis Co. is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Post-Harvest Team Members to join its cultivation operation in Albion, Michigan. This position plays a critical role in preparing premium cannabis products for market by maintaining exceptional product quality and consistency throughout the post-harvest process. What You'll Do As a Post-Harvest Team Member, you will assist with the daily post-harvest operations, including: Trimming and debudding harvested cannabis Assisting with harvest activities as needed Maintaining product quality standards throughout processing Cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment Safely using approved cleaning chemicals and sanitation products (provided and managed through Team Leadership) Following all company SOPs, safety procedures, and state cannabis regulations Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Working collaboratively with Team Leaders and Key Leaders to meet daily production goals Qualifications We're looking for candidates who possess: Previous cannabis trimming or post-harvest experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks Comfortable sitting and/or standing for up to 8-hour shifts Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Reliable transportation to and from the facility Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work well within a team environment Schedule Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts Paid training What We're Looking For Successful candidates are: Detail-oriented Reliable Quality-focused Team players Self-motivated Able to maintain productivity while handling repetitive work Initial Screening Questions As part of ChampionPEO's screening process, applicants will be asked: How many pounds of dried, cured cannabis are you able to trim in a typical workday?
