Trim Meat according to specifications

Responsibilities:

Trim fat, bruises, bones and any undesirables to specifications and with a regular cutting knife Prepare it for final mixer and adding the correct amount of pickle Assist in hooking up transfer hoses to the hopper

Qualifications:

Must be in your current position 6 months and have less than 7 points No write ups in the previous 12 months
