Joplin, MO Penmac Staffing is hiring dependable Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in Joplin, MO that produces quality ingredients used by dog food companies. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced production environment and who take pride in safety and quality. As a Production Worker, you will support daily operations by helping ensure products are made efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. This role requires flexibility, physical stamina, and the ability to work in varying conditions.

Production Worker ResponsibilitiesOperate production equipment while maintaining required production speeds and quality standardsSanitize work areas using proper tools, equipment, and approved cleaning chemicalsFollow all safety procedures, policies, and company guidelinesWork in multiple departments as needed to meet production demandsPerform general production tasks and housekeeping duties throughout the shiftRequirements for the Production WorkerAbility to work in hot and cold environments and areas with strong or unpleasant odorsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods during a 12-hour shiftAbility to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift as requiredFlexibility to rotate between departments and adapt to changing tasks
