Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cannabis Trimmer to join our cultivation team. In this role, you will be responsible for trimming, manicuring, and preparing cannabis flower to meet company quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and able to maintain focus while working in a fast-paced production environment. This is a part time position offering hands-on experience in cannabis cultivation and post-harvest processing with opportunities to grow within the industry. Responsibilities Trim and manicure cannabis flower according to company quality standards Remove excess leaves and stems while preserving flower structure and appearance Weigh, sort, package, and label cannabis products accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Inspect products for quality, consistency, and compliance standards Follow all company procedures and state compliance regulations Assist with harvest, drying, and other post-harvest tasks as needed Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail Qualifications Previous trimming or cultivation experience preferred but not required Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Must meet all state and local requirements for employment in the cannabis industry

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
