This position follows established company procedures and instructions from the Post-Harvest Assistant Lead and Trim Manager to help maintain product quality, cleanliness, safety, and productivity. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Post-Harvest Operations
  • Assist with bucking, trimming, sorting, curing, and other post-harvest activities.
  • Follow established SOPs and instructions from department leads.
  • Handle cannabis plant material carefully to maintain product quality.
  • Assist with weighing, labeling, and organizing product as directed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards. Equipment & Cleaning
  • Operate post-harvest equipment after receiving proper training.
  • Perform routine cleaning of equipment and work areas.
  • Report equipment issues or malfunctions to the Post-Harvest Assistant Lead or Manager.
  • Properly store tools, supplies, and equipment after use.
  • Assist with maintaining an organized and safe work environment. Compliance & Safety
  • Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and applicable state and local regulations.
  • Complete required production and cleaning logs accurately.
  • Follow proper PPE and sanitation procedures.
  • Report damaged product, safety concerns, or compliance issues to a supervisor.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations and products. Team Support
  • Work cooperatively with other post-harvest employees.
  • Follow daily assignments and production schedules.
  • Communicate production issues or concerns to the Post-Harvest Assistant Lead.
  • Assist other departments when requested and as operational needs require.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous cannabis, agricultural, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs.
  • Must be willing to learn company procedures and equipment operation. Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous post-harvest or cannabis industry experience.
  • Experience working in a regulated production environment.
  • Experience with trimming, bucking, sorting, or packaging.
  • Familiarity with basic workplace safety and sanitation practices.
  • Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain one. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Training will be provided for company-specific procedures and equipment. Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 30-50 lbs as needed.
  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform other physical production tasks.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail required. Shift
  • Monday through Friday ( Weekends as needed), 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • 1-hour unpaid lunch.
  • 40-hour workweek.
  • Schedule may change based on operational needs.
  • Weekend and holiday work may be required.
  • Facility operates 365 days a year. Work Environment
  • Indoor, climate-controlled production environment.
  • Regular exposure to cannabis plant material and cannabis products.
  • PPE and appropriate sanitation procedures are required.
  • Fast-paced production environment requiring attention to quality and safety.
  • Must pass a background check and obtain all required state-mandated badges or permits. Benefits
