Job Overview Fiesta Meats, LLC — Elephant Butte, NM Full-Time | $14-$18/hour DOE + Sales Incentive Fiesta Meats is hiring a motivated person who wants to learn the meat business from the ground up while helping us grow our sales. This is not just a sales job and not just a meat-processing job. You'll work both inside our USDA-inspected processing facility and outside the plant calling on customers and making deliveries. We are willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Call on restaurants, grocery stores, meat markets, caterers, and other potential customers. Develop new accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers. Deliver fresh and frozen Fiesta Meats products. Learn beef cuts, products, pricing, packaging, and customer ordering. Work inside the plant and learn meat cutting, processing, grinding, packaging, labeling, sanitation, and order preparation. Help with inventory and preparing customer orders. Represent Fiesta Meats professionally with customers throughout the region. We're Looking for Someone Who Is dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated. Likes working with people and isn't afraid to make a sales call. Wants to learn the meat-processing business. Can work both inside the plant and out on the road. Has a valid driver's license and good driving record. Can safely lift and handle boxes of meat. Is willing to travel for customer calls and deliveries. Experience in sales, meat cutting, grocery, restaurants, food service, ranching, agriculture, or delivery is helpful, but not required. Pay & Opportunity $14-$18 per hour depending on experience , with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through sales incentives as you develop new accounts. This position has room to grow.
