Full Job Description Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Type:

Full-time Schedule:

Monday and Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.

Lunch:

45-minute lunch break

Work Location:

In person Schneider's Seafood + Meats is hiring a Fish Cutter / Seafood Production Associate for our seafood division.

Responsibilities:

Cut, trim, skin, portion, pack, and label fresh fish. Assist with receiving and loading trucks as needed. Store, fill, and rotate seafood products. Use knives, scales, and packaging equipment safely. Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment. Follow company food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable working on a loading dock, in a refrigerated room, and in coolers. Steel toe boots required. Reliable commute to Buffalo, NY 14227.
