Responsibilities Perform manual cleaning of dissamebled GMP manifacturing equipment Operate automated cleaning systems for GMP equipment Clean and Sanitize GMP manufacturing areas Mix cleaning solutions accurately according to SOP instructions Assist production teams with cleaning-related tasks as needed Follow all SOPs, cGMPs, and safety guidelines Other responsibilities as assigned by senior managergment Skills Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Ability to understand and follow SOPs Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and FDA regulations Physical Demands Required to reach with arms and use hands and fingers to handle or feel Required to stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, bend, sit, talk, hear, and climb a ladder The employee may lift and/or move 50 lbs. and more Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Work Environment Work in an environment with heavy machinery and powders from products May be in contact with Allergens (Milk, Eggs, Fish, Crustacean Shellfish.
