Responsibilities Operate and monitor poultry processing machinery on the production line to ensure smooth workflow Perform meat cutting and packaging tasks with precision, adhering to safety and quality standards Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning workstations and equipment regularly in compliance with HACCP guidelines Follow OSHA safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members Assist in quality control checks, inspecting products for consistency and safety before packaging Support the implementation of food safety procedures throughout the production process Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing, food processing, or meat cutting is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of OSHA regulations, HACCP standards, and sanitation practices in a food processing plant Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of food industry equipment are advantageous Strong knife skills and familiarity with food safety procedures are highly desirable Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high sanitation standards Willingness to learn about food safety regulations and adhere strictly to all safety protocols Join us in producing safe, high-quality poultry products while advancing your skills in a lively, supportive environment.
