In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and packaging all the fine ingredients to be used in producing Wegmans Brand products. If you love working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, then this is the role for you! What You'll Do Produce, assemble and package products, operating machinery and equipment as necessary for the job Properly label all containers and carts, fill out log sheets, and complete tasks on batch cards Perform quality checks and properly handle products to ensure they meet food safety standards Practice safety techniques, complying with equipment maintenance Follow guidelines and labor laws, safely completing work, and maintaining a clean work environment Keep open lines of communication with management and coworkers Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing and/or food production experience Experience working under food safety guidelines At Wegmans, we've always believed we can achieve our goals only if we first fulfill the needs of our people.
