Accurately follow recipes and procedures for preparing Clams Casino. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Measure and mix ingredients accurately. Assemble Clams Casino dishes with precision and attention to detail. Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the cold room. Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations, including proper use of protective clothing and equipment. Monitor and maintain cold room temperature and conditions to ensure food safety. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Report any issues with equipment or facilities to the supervisor. Participate in regular safety training and drills Other duties as assigned by manager on duty

Qualifications:

Must be able to read and write in English and perform basic mathematics Must have the sense of responsibility to accomplish tasks without supervision Must be able to adapt and react to changing needs and priorities Adhere to high standards of sanitation and hygiene Work in a refrigerated environment as low as 30 degrees Must be able to stand for long periods of time

PM Physical Demands:

Must be able to stand, walk, twist, stoop, bend, kneel, sit and squat. Must be able to use hands to pick, handle, feel, finger; reach with hands and arms, pull and push trays with product, levers and boxes. Must be able to talk and hear. Possess normal vision with or without correction and able to distinguish colors. Possess fluent speech in English, writing and communication skills necessary to effectively carry out job functions Must be able to read and comprehend work related materials, numerical data and diagrams. Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 70 pounds using correct lifting techniques. Must be able to stand and walk on feet all day, except for scheduled breaks.
