Post-Harvest Associate Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality cannabis products in a regulated environment. As a Post-Harvest Associate, you will play a vital role in transforming harvested plant material into premium finished products through drying, trimming, curing, packaging, and inventory management—all while maintaining strict quality and sanitation standards. This hands-on position offers steady, detail-oriented work ideal for those passionate about precision and compliance.
Required Skills:
At least 21 years old High school diploma or equivalent Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations Basic math skills and familiarity with weights and quantities Strong attention to detail, organization, and recordkeeping Effective communication in English Ability to work in fast-paced environments and perform repetitive tasks Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience in production, regulated industries, or quality control Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications
Preferred Education and Experience:
Prior production or quality control experience in a regulated industry is advantageous but not required
Other Requirements:
