We are looking for someone that is always "hands on" during meal segments and is an organized prep machine during off peak times. We are seeking an Honest & Dependable Lead who is cool under pressure, enjoys customer interaction and is compulsive about keeping a spotless work space (as we have an open kitchen). We are searching for someone who has some previous management and ordering experience. Our Ideal candidate will need to have a working knowledge of inventory controls. He or she will also be able take direction from ownership that is very active in the operations. and finally please have a wicked sense of humor and a desire to make the best sandwiches on the planet!

To be considered for this position you MUST possess these traits in addition to at least 2-3 years of solid line experience with some supervisor or management experience.
