Ruby Vineyard is looking for a hardworking Winemaking Intern for the 2026 Fall Harvest Season. We are a small estate winery producing premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Responsibilities Interns are responsible for the physical winemaking work throughout harvest. Punching down red fermentations, operating the press, operating pumps and all cleaning. This job is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift 50 lbs. Qualifications Harvest, farm, or kitchen experience preferred. A positive attitude and exceptional work ethic are required. You must be comfortable standing and performing physical work all day. You must be prepared to work in an environment that is wet and often very hot or cold. Harvest will typically start in Late August and complete in early October. Daily harvest hours typically vary from 6-11 hours, but can be up to 14 during the busiest days. Significant overtime hours are required during the busiest weeks.
Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
