We produce a diverse range of products for retail and food service industries, emphasizing quality and freshness. Job Overview We are looking for a full-time End of Line Associate for our Night Shift. Hours 6:00pm to 4:00am, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required depending on production schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that finished products are properly packaged, inspected, and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-conscious, and comfortable in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities Remove finished product from conveyor belt, sort, and place on to skids for cooling or into protective shippint cases. Assure proper labeling, sell by, and code dating of all products. Enter product counts and various data into computer and print pallet placards. Follow
USDA/FDA
standards while handling product. Ensure food safety in compliance with regulatory requirements. Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitary according to HACCP quality standards. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently. Mechanical knowledge or experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus. Attention to detail for quality control checks and inventory accuracy. Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment. Job Environment To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, an employee must be able to work in an environment having the following conditions: Cold temperatures

  • 10F degrees to 100F degrees. Damp conditions
  • Due to constant sanitation, the environment is damp, and the floors are typically wet and slippery. Sanitation chemicals
  • Due to constant sanitation, approved food-grade sanitation chemicals are frequently present in the work environment. Food allergens
  • milk, eggs, wheat gluten, soy, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and sesame are used as ingredients in our products and are frequently present in the work environment. Production equipment and vehicles
  • Equipment with moving mechanical parts and/or sharp edges and cooking vessels that operate at very high temperatures are present in the work environment and proper safety precautions must be observed. Forklifts and hand trucks are used extensively to move ingredients and finished products to various locations throughout the work environment and proper safety precautions must be observed. Noise
  • Noise levels in the work environment are moderate. Sanitary safeguards
  • Proper clothing, slip resistant rubber boots w/o laces, full head coverings and other attire must be worn as required by government regulations and/or Company policy, and jewelry and nail polish are always strictly prohibited in production areas.
