As we expand, we are excited to add a skilled butcher to our team to support our weekly meal production. If you are looking for a well-paying, consistent position with dedicated weeks off, no nights, no holidays, and plenty of time for family, this could be a great fit. We are a hardworking, collaborative team of private chefs who take the guesswork out of dinner (and sometimes lunch) for families across the greater Nashville area. We are currently seeking a reliable baker to oversee bread, pastry, and baked goods production for our weekly production while also working alongside the team on the broader tasks that go into getting our meals out the door. Experience Prior baking, pastry, or commercial food production experience is required. Additionally, experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery, or high-volume production environment is required. Compensation $20.00-$30.00 per hour , based on experience. Schedule (Shift times may vary slightly depending on the week's needs)

What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to accurately follow production sheets and recipes Consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Reliable transportation Positive, team-oriented attitude Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards Primary Responsibilities Mixing, proofing, shaping, and baking breads, rolls, and other baked goods for weekly meal production Preparing pastries, desserts, and baked sides according to production specifications Measuring and scaling ingredients accurately per recipe and production sheets Monitoring oven temperatures, bake times, and proofing conditions to ensure consistent quality Labeling and organizing finished products Monitoring inventory and communicating ingredient needs Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Following all food safety and HACCP procedures Assisting the kitchen team with additional prep as needed Packaging meals with the team for deliveries Team Production Support Assisting the kitchen team with general food prep as needed Portioning, bagging, and tagging finished product Plating and organizing meals alongside the team Labeling and organizing finished products Packaging meals with the team for deliveries Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Following all food safety and HACCP procedures This is a hands-on role where baking is the core focus, but you will also be a regular part of the team's day-to-day production rhythm — helping wherever the week's workload calls for it. A Few Important Notes We are a Christian-based, conservative-owned small business. Smoking or vaping is not permitted on or near the property. Because of our unique schedule allowing multiple weeks throughout the year off, we are unable to accommodate frequent or discretionary time-off requests. Exceptions include weddings, funerals, family emergencies, or illness that prevents you from working.
