Hourly, non-exempt (overtime eligible) About the Role Austin Pretzel Co. is a growing Dallas-based snack manufacturer looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production & Packing Assistant to join our production floor team. In this role you will help coat, finish, and pack our products, working alongside the production team to hit daily output goals while holding a high bar on quality and food safety. This is a great fit for someone with some production or packing experience who wants steady work, a real team, and room to grow into more technical roles. What You'll Do Coat and finish product according to recipe and quality specifications Pack finished product accurately into cases and retail packaging Label, date-code, and palletize finished goods Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and GMP procedures Monitor product quality and flag issues to your supervisor Keep your workstation clean and organized Meet daily production and packing targets Assist with line changeovers, sanitation, and end-of-shift cleanup What You Bring 1+ year of food production, packing, warehouse, or similar hands-on experience Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and consistent reliability Willingness to follow food-safety and sanitation protocols Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Austin Pretzel Co. is an equal opportunity employer. Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
