What will you do? Produce, package, label, and prepare popcorn and other in-house snack products in accordance with established quality, food safety, and production standards. Prepare food products using correct measurements, portions, and procedures while adhering to all sanitation, safety, and health regulations. Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction. Accurately document and report all production waste, damaged product, and inventory variances. Assist with machine setup, preparation, and operational readiness to support daily production goals. Organize, stock, and maintain inventory levels within the production area, proactively communicating shortages or supply concerns to leadership. Transport and distribute finished snack products to designated locations for bagging, storage, or operational use. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by performing routine cleaning and sanitizing of production areas, equipment, tools, and workstations. Follow all company policies, food handling procedures, and workplace safety standards. Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and operational objectives. More about you Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends and holidays. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Physical requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods, including entire shifts of up to 8 hours or more. Ability to remain stationary when required while performing production and packaging functions. Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials and products weighing up to 30 pounds. Ability to work in confined or restricted spaces as operational needs require. Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments, depending on equipment operation and seasonal conditions. Ability to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards in a physically demanding work environment. Shift details
