Seasonal Production Seroogy's Holiday House De Pere, WI Job Details Temporary 1 hour ago Qualifications Multitasking Food hygiene Safety standards in production Ingredient handling Packaging Clean workspace maintenance Full Job Description We are seeking Seasonal associates (6am-2:30pm) What that means: We are starting to hire Seasonal employees that are willing to work in our production areas.
YOU GET TO MAKE CHOCOLATE!
!! These positions are not full-time. Our busy season starts in Sept./October and goes through March/April of the following year.Job Duties:
- Maintain current knowledge of and comply with all safety & food safety procedures.
- Clean all equipment regularly (including sanitizing, dissembling equipment, operating the dishwasher, washing dishes/equipment by hand, etc.) while adhering to proper lockout tag out procedures. Effectively keep all allergens separate from all other products & equipment.
- All duties related to the production of candy/chocolate products, including: o Utilizing industrial kitchen equipment to cook product ingredients.
- All duties related to the packaging of candy/chocolate products, including: o Loading & operating the wrapping machine o Weighing, labeling, sealing, and dating finished products o Bagging, bowing, and boxing finished products.
- Assist with loading & unloading vehicles during deliveries.
- Clean restrooms, floors, walls, dishes, sinks, and equipment as needed.
- Perform light maintenance duties as directed.
