Seafood Commissary Manager:
Meat Merchandiser Job Summary As part of the Seafood Commissary team you will help create our top shelf products for our 18 store locations by smoking seafood, seasoning, and shipping to ensure quality and freshness in a large capacity. You will be joining a team that will be using large scale smoking and wrapping equipment as well as fish filleting and processing including filleting whole fresh fish ranging in size as large as ocean fish (Swordfish) to small fish like lake fish (Perch) while maintaining a clean and safe environment.Our Values:
