We are seeking individuals that enjoy working with people and can demonstrate excellent people skills, are friendly, courteous and enjoy being around people. Weekly Any holidays worked are paid time and a half. Key areas of
Responsibility Greeting and Check-in:
Greet guests at assigned Cruise Terminals and check them in for the tour in accordance with the Company's daily schedule.
Booking Redemption:
Redeem vouchers and bookings based on cruise line procedures and collect any necessary documentation.
Luggage Management:
Lead the tagging, organizing, and physical handling of guest luggage upon check-in and guest retrieval.
Transportation Dispatch:
Dispatch tour or transfer buses from assigned cruise terminals and Bayside Marketplace to maintain the daily schedule.
Guest Relations:
Attend to cruise guests at the terminal and provide accurate product information to potential customers.
Transfer Coordination:
Direct guests on their respective post-tour transfers and ensure they are aware of their itineraries throughout the day.
Maintenance & Incidents:
Responsible for reporting operational faults and customer complaints to the Cruise Operations Supervisor.
Fleet Support:
Drive Company vehicles between terminals, company depot, and pick-up points if qualified and requested to do so.
Professional Standards:
Comply with all standards and rules dictated within the employee handbook.
Experience / Qualifications
required Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced operational environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Two years' experience in tourism, hospitality, transportation, or cruise operations preferred. Valid driver's license
