Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The Porter is responsible for moving, maintaining and keeping the vehicles clean/organized. Primary objectives include ensuring customer satisfaction and retention and assisting the sales and service departments as needed. The Porter is responsible for moving, maintaining and keeping the vehicles clean/organized. Makes and implements decisions regarding maintaining, moving and cleaning vehicles. Keeps service lot neat and orderly. Moves dealership vehicles as needed. Maintains used vehicle appearance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries as needed. Utilizes all available information to ensure proper resolution of problems Provides prompt, efficient and quality service to the customers and dealership. Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles. Cleans dealership areas (e.g., walkways and sidewalks) as needed Maintain professional business attire and appearance Bi-lingual is always a plus Self-motivated and a team player Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age Must have a valid Driver's License Must have a clean driving record Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background check) Must be able to operate stick shift transmission
