In this energetic role, you'll be the first to greet visitors, assist with vehicle movement, and ensure our lot remains organized, safe, and inviting. Duties Safely operate standard passenger vehicles and manual transmission cars to move vehicles around the lot, including parking, staging, and retrieving cars for customers or staff Assist with guest services by welcoming visitors, providing directions, and supporting their needs during their dealership experience Perform outdoor work such as cleaning the lot, maintaining parking areas, and organizing vehicle displays to ensure a tidy appearance Handle heavy lifting tasks involving vehicle parts or equipment with proper safety precautions Support automotive service activities by moving vehicles between service bays and ensuring proper placement on the lot Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and address inquiries promptly Qualifications Previous dealership experience or familiarity with automotive environments is preferred but not required Strong guest services and customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere Ability to operate standard passenger cars confidently; experience with manual transmissions is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving various vehicles in outdoor settings Physically capable of heavy lifting and outdoor work throughout the day in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management Experience in retail math, cashiering, or cash handling is advantageous Knowledge of parking procedures at or similar areas is beneficial Join us as a Car Lot Porter and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive experiences!
