Now Hiring Make Ready / Car Washer The Make Ready / Car Washer readies and details the vehicle for customer delivery. The Make Ready Car Wash tech is responsible for vehicle cleaning and detailing as well as overall make-ready preparation for customer delivery. Skills /

This position will also have duties that include sweeping, emptying trash, and more. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Details the vehicle by cleaning new and used vehicles including washing vehicle exterior and vacuuming vehicle interiors. Perform detailed cleaning, as needed, of interior and exterior of vehicle including spot stain removal of upholstery, rugs and exterior surfaces; use special purposes cleaners and agents for desired results. Inspect vehicle interior and exterior thoroughly. Verify all accessories and options are functional (install if needed) Remove any shipping materials left on or in vehicle. Set radio, clock, compass, fuel economy readings, etc. Apply Mac Haik decals. Check and add all fluids as necessary. Fill fuel tank to designated levels. Test drive vehicle. Deliver vehicle packet to designee with keys labeled with location and mileage. Meet customer service standards by achieving 'above district' customer service information 'CSI' scores. Follow established safety protocols; report any shop equipment in improper working condition; immediately report safety incidents. Understand, keep informed of, and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know. Safeguard dealership assets and customer data. Complete required training assigned through the company training portal. Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule. Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Mac Haik Automotive group brand. Other duties as assigned.
