School Bus Transportation company Safety Department hiring an experienced Road Safety Supervisor to be a liaison between the Company and the School Districts to help manage Drivers and Bus Aides, Student issues, Parent and interact with School Staff.

Responsibilities:

Be a presence within the School District(s) Interact with the Drivers, Monitors, Parents, School Officials, Students, Dispatchers and Terminal Manager Train new and existing staff on safe school bus driving protocols and procedures Facilitation of retraining drivers and bus aides as needed View and review bus video footage. Requested by District or randomly pulled. Ensure that all drivers and monitors/aides are following NJ School Bus compliance regulations Investigate and address all safety violations Respond to accidents and incidents

Qualifications:

Must have good communication skills and be personable Have a valid, clean Class B driver's license with an S and P endorsement Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must be flexible and be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment 2+ years as a School Bus driver or Transportation experience (preferred) Salary negotiable based on experience
