Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Used Car Lot Porter, where your energy and enthusiasm will help keep our dealership running smoothly! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of our used vehicle lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and providing excellent customer service. Your proactive approach will ensure our lot is inviting, safe, and efficient, creating a positive experience for both customers and staff. Duties Safely move and park used vehicles around the lot, including standard passenger cars and delivery trucks. Assist with vehicle cleaning, detailing, and light maintenance to ensure vehicles are presentable for customers. Perform heavy lifting tasks such as loading and unloading vehicles or equipment as needed. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership's outdoor parking areas, including parking zones. Process cash transactions for vehicle sales or related services with accuracy and attention to detail. Support dealership operations by delivering vehicles to service departments or external locations as required. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and lot activities efficiently. Requirements Valid driver's license with experience operating standard passenger cars; a clean driving record is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions. Prior experience in dealership settings or automotive service environments is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an energetic and friendly attitude. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with team members and customers. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and basic automotive knowledge is advantageous. Bilingual abilities are a bonus to assist diverse customer needs.
