Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with the rental process, ensuring a positive first impression. Operate standard passenger vehicles safely, including manual transmission cars, following all traffic laws and dealership protocols. Conduct outdoor work such as vehicle inspections, cleaning, fueling, and parking management at parking areas. Communicate clearly with guests regarding vehicle features, rental terms, and safety procedures to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental lot, ensuring vehicles are ready for customer use at all times. Qualifications Prior experience in guest services or hospitality is highly desirable to deliver exceptional customer interactions. Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive services will be advantageous. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate standard passenger cars confidently. Comfortable performing outdoor work and heavy lifting as part of daily duties. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers and team members. Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and basic automotive service practices preferred. Experience in cash handling, cashiering, and retail math to manage transactions accurately.
