School Bus Monitor (ASL Certified) / School Van Driver Part-Time | Flexible Schedule Are you looking for part-time work with flexible hours? Would you enjoy working with a supportive, team-focused organization? If so, we'd love to have you join our team! Position Overview The School Bus Monitor / School Van Driver plays a vital role in supporting safe, reliable transportation for students each school day. This part-time position follows a split-shift schedule, with routes typically running in the morning and afternoon, allowing flexibility in the middle of the day. Team members in this role work closely with drivers, dispatch, and school staff to ensure students are transported safely, respectfully, and on time. Responsibilities include monitoring student behavior, assisting with vehicle inspections, and operating non-CDL school van routes as assigned. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children, value safety, and are looking for consistent part-time hours within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Ensure student safety at all times Monitor and support appropriate student behavior while riding Assist the driver with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Drive non-CDL school van routes as needed Support daily transportation operations as part of a team Prior Experience with Paratransit ADA Experience Qualifications Must possess and maintain a valid Class D Wisconsin Driver's License with a good driving record Must be at least 21 years of age with a minimum of three (3) consecutive years of licensed driving experience Ability to successfully pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening Paratransit Recommended CPR Certified Why Join GO Riteway Transportation Group?
