Bus Aide Part time Fort Atkinson, WI 53538 From $16 an hour - Part-time From $16 an hour - Part-time Double 3 Transportation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bus Assistant. The Bus Assistant plays a vital role in supporting safe and reliable transportation for students each school day. This part-time position is Monday to Friday with routes typically running in the morning and afternoon. This role works closely with drivers, Double 3 office staff, and school staff to ensure students are transported safely, respectfully, and on time.

Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities Assist the bus driver in ensuring the safety of all students during transit. Monitor student behavior to promote a respectful and orderly environment. Provide support to students with special education needs, ensuring they receive appropriate assistance. Educate students on bus safety rules and expectations. Manage conflicts among students effectively and calmly. Communicate with Double 3 office staff, teachers, and school staff regarding any concerns or incidents that may arise during transportation. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children, value safety, and are looking for consistent part-time hours within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
