Are you outgoing , creative , and passionate about caring for others ? If you love bringing smiles to faces and creating meaningful experiences, Chandler Post Acute might be the perfect place for you! We are a skilled nursing facility looking for a Full-Time Activity Assistant to join our team! You'll help lead engaging and safe group activities.

Schedule:

9am - 5pm with Rotating weekends

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist in planning and organizing the monthly activity calendar Lead fun and engaging group activities for residents! Document participation of residents Assessment of new residents Contribute creative new ideas to keep residents active, engaged, and uplifted Support a positive, inclusive environment through meaningful interaction
