Activities By Vibe is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and outgoing individual to lead engaging group activities in residential care homes throughout the Surprise area. This is not a traditional caregiving position. Instead of providing hands on personal care, you'll create meaningful experiences through games, crafts, music, movement activities, trivia, and other interactive programs that encourage connection, laughter, creativity, and purpose. If you enjoy building relationships, encouraging others, and making a positive impact in the lives of older adults, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Lead fun and engaging group activities for older adults. Create a welcoming environment where every participant feels included and encouraged. Travel between residential care homes throughout your scheduled shift. Set up and clean up activity supplies. Build positive relationships with residents and care home staff. Represent Activities By Vibe with professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm. The Ideal Candidate Naturally outgoing and enjoys interacting with people. Dependable, punctual, and self motivated. Compassionate, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with older adults. Comfortable speaking in front of small groups. Organized and able to work independently. Positive, energetic, and eager to learn. Professional in both appearance and communication. We're looking for someone with a great personality first. We can teach the activities. What we're really looking for is someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with older adults. Qualifications Experience working with older adults is strongly preferred. Experience in assisted living, memory care, caregiving, activities, recreation, occupational therapy, or a related field is a plus. Reliable transportation is required, as you'll travel between residential care homes throughout your shift. Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required. Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication. Ability to lift and carry activity supplies weighing approximately 25 pounds. Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card is preferred or willingness to obtain one. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus but not required. Position Details Part-time weekday daytime hours. Independent Contractor (1099) position.

Compensation:

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour , based on experience, qualifications, and ability to independently lead engaging group activities.
