```Duties```

• Assist in planning and implementing a variety of activities for residents in an assisted living facility
• Coordinate and facilitate social events, outings, and recreational activities
• Provide support and assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans for residents
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents during activities ```Experience```
• Previous experience in event planning, social work, caregiving, or recreational therapy is preferred
• Familiarity with memory care and aging issues counseling is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with seniors
